Question Rival 20 quart Programmable Roaster Manual

Hello, I just bought at a yard sale a Rival 20 quart Programmable Roaster and it came with no manual. I have no idea how to set this Roaster. Does anyone know if there is a manual somewhere online that I can download? If someone has one of these could you please tell me the basics on how to operate it.
Thanks for any/all help.
Faye

Here is the Rival site where you can print off manuals for your roaster, selecting it by model.

Sorry, I should have looked closer. This page has a "contact us" phone number and an email address at the bottom of the page. You can try that.

Do you still put water in the insert when using an electric roaster? I always have but many people keep telling me that is not necessary....any thoughts or experiences???

You can put water in the insert. The turkey should be sitting on a rack above the water of course. You can brown the turkey in the oven near the end of the cooking time if you want the color. Should come out delectable :>)
