Simmering on induction cooktops

I believe a rapid, multiple-times-per-second, pulsing of the power, between fully ON and fully OFF, would provide a better way to simmer on electric cooktops compared with ON for 5 seconds / OFF for 12.

Is it possible to buy a cooktop which features "rapid pulsing" i.e a PWM induction range?

Welcome to DC Georgy. I don't know if anyone here has an induction stove top. But there is an excellent chance I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.

But do please stick around. We have a lot of folks from the UK. They, like you will also have a great time here. A fun place to be. Lots of laughs, lots of information.
