I'm always looking for a way to use up my spuds before they start looking at me. And now I'll be looking for ways to use my stick blender.

I asked that in a thread.... somewhere....
overwhelming opinion was yes....
but I never had enough leftover after that to try!
If I get to make any anytime soon I will test that theory.
