Am thinking of purchasing one of these as it features an extreme temp. stoneware insert; meaning you can brown food in it, and you can put the insert into the oven also. Last but not least, it's very very attractive.
Cost around 50 to 60 bucks. Anyone in the cooking world ever use one of these??[/i]
