Our oven (all it says on it is "Electra" - I believe it is a European model) has two knobs - one for cook setting and one for temperature.
The settings knob has four settings - the first two are obviously for bake and broil:
attachment.php

The other two settings have me stumped - one is the letter "P" and the other is the Greek or Cyrillic letter Psi (Ѱ):

Anyone have any clue what these two settings are for?

Thanks

p for preheat? the one bar for bake (bottom heating) both bars for roasting (top and bottom) and the trident thingy for broiling only??

give it a try and see. Let us know.

Could the Ѱ be for a motorised spit roast device? I had one of these some years ago. It looked a bit like this http://www.bigroast.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/spit-roast-chicken.jpg. Heat was from the grill (broiler) element above.

P could be some sort of Programmable setting. Or maybe Pyrolytic cleaning where the oven is heated to 500C (900F) until all the cooking residues are reduced to ash which you can brush out of the oven when it cools.
