What do these attachments do on my kitchen aid?

I have been carrying these attachments around for 3 years and never knew what they did. Can someone give me an idea of what they can do?

The triagnle-shaped item at 6:00 is the all purpose mixer for batters.
The hook at 3:00 is to knead doughs for breads and such.
Most of the other parts are for the meat grinder attachment

It appears that there enough parts there to include the basic Food Grinder attachment with fruit and vegetable strainer add-ons. There are also parts for a Roto Slicer Shredder.

It looks like a sausage making set to me.

The silver pieces are various graters and shredders. Cabbage is best with the wide flat one, soft cheeses for the larger grate, hard cheese for the smaller one. Carrots etc for the narrow flat one.

Thanks! Given the uncertainty of what goes in foods here I am trying to make more nad more things from scratch, where I can control the chemicals and spices that do/don't go into the foods...so it is likely that I will be using them. I will let you all know if I don't....and to think, I got the mixer and all of these goodies for $50!
