Hello All;
I spent a long time reading this Forum yesterday about users experience with Wolf Ranges in various threads. And I find for the most part, you are happy with your decision to buy a Wolf Range.

I have discovered from reading that nearly all of you seem to have the Dual Fuel Version. Is this generally the perferred version for professional chef's and home enthusiasts ? While I am not a professional chef, cooking is a big hobby of mine. Would you recommend the dual fuel version over all gas ? What are the PROs and CONs of both versions for those of you who have one version or the other ?

Thanks.

Tim

Dual fuel, all the way, no questions asked.

The gas stove top is better for cooking things on the stove top (no pan intended). And electric oven is better for baking.

The oven on the dual fuel has many options (such as differentiating roasting from baking). I have found it very versatile and trustworthy. Better?? to each his/her own.
