Also Looking For A Cookbook

About 50 or so years ago the electric company Commonwealth Edison put out several cookbooks to entice their customers to switch from gas to electric cooking. It featured recipes that were written by the employees of Com-Ed. My grandfather was an employee so he received the cookbooks as part of his holiday bonus. Inside one of the cookbooks there is a recipe for Dutch Chocolate Bars which were chocolate cake like brownies with oats and a green mint frosting. The cookbook has been long gone but that recipe has been passed down to me and the page is stained and ripped and torn from many, many years of use. Does anybody have a copy of this recipe that they would be willing to part with?
