Hi! I've posted this on another forum, but I was curious to see if anyone knows of any cookbooks that don't use salt & pepper?

Never heard of a cookbook like that!! Couldn't you just use regular recipes and sub, I don't know, maybe Mrs Dash for the S&P?

How about getting on Google and doing a search - that's what I just did. Google is your friend
I only found salt-free cookbooks though.

You can use any cookbook and just leave them out.

Here's a good one I have for no salt, but no pepper? I guess like jennyema said, just leave it out, but why? Here it is, The No-Salt Lowest-Sodium Colokbook by Donald A Gazzaniga. I't good. Hope this helps.

Actually we generally just gravitate to less salt. But there are zillions of books for cooking with reduced salt.
I can only suppose the pepper thing is a preference - know of no health reason for avoiding it. And I always go heavy on black pepper. But sure just avoid it, or try to come up with another spice that will go well with the dish.
