Aw, come on, Mav. How much space is being wasted under your bed?
Hmmmmm?

Actually when we moved in this house it had a paper towel rack on the wall with a shelf above it. This house is small and space is limited so most of my cookbooks are there. The rest are in my laundry room with the rest of my food (my makeshift pantry).

Sure! In the kitchen I have a shelf where my most used cookbooks reside. But I have a whole wall of cookbooks in my office/dining room, and an "auxiliary" case in the hall.

I knew there was a loophole somewhere.

No, but I do have a three shelf bookcase in my bathroom, full of paperbacks and magazines! It's called multi-tasking.

I converted a small bread rack into a bookcase just for my cookbooks. DH is always trying to get rid of my cookbooks so he can try to take over some of the shelves. Bah, I say!

Nothing sitting out in my kitchen can't take a trip through soap and water. Too much grease potential.

The cook book shelf is in a narrow part of the cabinet the coffee makes sits on.

I can't see having alot of cookbooks, I follow very few recipes even once, better for me to look on the web, get an idea, then adjust from the beginning.

Come to think of it, the last 5 cookbooks I got were gifts. The last cookbook I bought was about 8 years ago.
