I have a copy of Jeans book too! I love it. I always look in used bookstores for the spiral bound cookbooks. My latest find was a 1983 Arizona Cookbook, divided into Native American, Mexican and Western Recipes- with a history of each type of food and its preperation. For Christmas my wife gave me Tom Fitzmorris's "New Orleans Food"; recipes and N.O. tradition all in one paperback.
