No kidding, the cover creaks when I try to close mine. And the light won't come on as it's just sucking down the battery charge...

Good choices. I have several purchases of favorite books in my Kindle, nice to have for when I'm stuck somewhere and it's possible I will be interrupted. Easier to put the book away.

I like my Kindle for when I'm traveling--I can pack a lot more clothes now that I don't have to lug books with me.

Here are the ones I missed posting last night (swim night):

Healthy Breakfast Recipes For Kids: Quick & Easy Meals For Healthy Children, Parenting Has Never Been More Easy. (Healthy Recipes For Kids): Ashlee Meadows: Amazon.com: Kindle Store

Chicken Slow Cooker Recipes - 5 Volume Collection - 202 Slow Cooker Chicken Recipes (Easy Dinner Recipes - The Chicken Slow Cooker Recipes Collection): Pamela Kazmierczak: Amazon.com: Kindle Store

Pizza Recipes 101: Modern Pizza Recipes: Kirk Castle: Amazon.com: Kindle Store

The Art of Perfect Bread Baking (Delicious Recipes): June Kessler: Amazon.com: Kindle Store

Back again if you missed it in September:

Healthy Whole Grains for Breakfast: Judith Hollier: Amazon.com: Kindle Store

Wonder if Amazon would give me a commission for sharing the links????

I downloaded the Kindle app for my Samsung Galaxy tablet, so I want to add my thanks to you, CWS, for listing these freebies! I've downloaded several already
