UPDATE: Kitchen & Cook is no longer being published as of end of year 2006

Was reading a blog elsewhere: Food Notebook: RIP - Kitchen & Cook magazine has ceased publication

In order to change the world, one must first start with one's self.

The prevention guides "Slow Cooker Recipes" is loaded with healthy dishes for the whole family. I found it in the check out line of a Giant Grocery Store last week. I never knew you could cook desserts in a slow cooker. I would highly recommend this book for fall recipes.
