Guilt Free Desserts-Anyone used?

I just bought a e-book called guilt free desserts.I was wondering if anyone else has ever bought this book?It is by kelly herring.She seem's pretty legit,I haven't gone all the way through it yet.

I made one recipe (diabetic) and it's pretty good actually. I was just wanting to get some other thoughts on this cookbook,if anyone would like to elaborate.I'll post some more about it when I try it some more reci's...
