I got me a new cookbook

Just came in today from Amazon. I can't wait to steal---whoops, I mean, do my own renditions of the recipes in here.

Actually, there's one dish in there---a trio of squab--that has three different foams, one for each preparation.

New cookbooks are so fun. I can't wait to sit down, put my feet up, and 'devour' them from cover to cover. I googled and found some of his recipes on line, but having the book is way better. Enjoy, & let us know what new creations you come up with.

Yeah, I definitely want to try his restaurant one day. I haven't really sat down and read it yet, but from browsing I've already seen a few ideas that I want to incorporate.

The food on his website looks totally awesome. As Amy says it's fun to search the net but there is nothing quite like sitting down with the cookbook in hand.

Have fun with your new book.
