ISO chocolate making help

I've posted some questions on DC seeking help making chocolate but haven't received a lot of responses. Are there any other forums or websites that might be helpful?

Not sure what you are attempting to do but I would do a google search on Jacques Torres and watch several of his YouTube videos.

Good luck!

Great idea! I'm trying simple recipes for white and dark chocolate, both dairy and vegan. There's a Jacques Torres shop near me. Maybe they will have ideas as well.

I;ve had some experience making chocolate truffles, chocolate candies, and molding chocolate. Send me a private message through DC and I will share what I've learned through the years.
