ISO convection cooking recipe books, etc.
My hubby has just bought a new benchtop convection cooker & I am looking for recipies for this...

Does anyone know a good book or a website where I can get some from?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou

I don't like convection ovens. I have had my Mac -N-Cheese cooked in Two (2) different convection ovens and the bread on the top NEVER browns or becomes crusty, just soggy. I will never own one. If I have my say about it I will only own a gas stove. I like the control I have with gas.

Hubby cooked a boneless lamb roast in it the other night & by the time the meat was cooked inside it was a wee bit burnt on top...but it was beautiful...
Its going to take a little while to get it right but if it doesnt work out it will sit in a cupboard & never be used again lol....
