My brother-in-law is a wonderful cook and loves to experiment so we thought for Christmas this year, we would put together a sushi kit for him. I would like to get him the basics but am looking especially for a fabulous sushi prep cookbook ... anyone found one that they could not live without?
I found one, really good one. But can’t say “I can’t live with out…” the book is a book is a book. The more I make the less I use the book. In sushi, the way I see it, it is ingredients that make the difference not the books, or instructions. Unless he wants to get into a very fancy decorating technique, then it’s different.
