Amazon has a little freebie recipe book for ways to use kale available today. If you don't have a Kindle, you can download a Kindle app to access Kindle books from your PC. You have to be quick--the freebies often are no longer free after a few hours. This one was on BookBub.

I haven't looked at the recipes, yet. I am busy in the kitchen today. I just "share" the information in case anyone is interested. BookBub is another one of those sites where you get an email telling you which books are available. Often the book is available in a couple of formats. The nice thing is, if you don't like the book, you can delete it and it's gone.

I got the book. I had only the choice to get it for Kindle Cloud Reader. I can read it in my browser, any idea how I download it? I got the free Kindle app from Amazon.
