Lower Priced Cook Books

I'm posting this in this section,instead of in the off topic area.
It covers parents/kids,and cooks as well.
We just bought our sons books that he's going to need for his fall semester.
Last year we paid twice as much for his books,when we could have bought them here at a cheaper price.With a buy back option.We ordered them last week,they're here already.

I browsed around and they had a book selection on cooking.
They had a few cook books that I had originally paid $28.00 for from Amazon.
I could have bought the same books for $5-10.The dealer (Amazon & Such), shipping and condition of the books determines the final price.
Either way they offer a cheaper deal on books.Some of us here collect cook books,or have a wide range of cooking interests.Science behind it,to just starting out.
