What's a cook to do?

"What's a cook to do" This is a new softcover (laminated) kitchen help book by expert culinarian James Petersen, chef and instructor at FCI and ICE in NYC. Small, handy, full of info and pictures. Great resource for the kitchen counter reference area. And it's not $$...under $20! Anyone else pick iti up yet?

There IS , or there used to be, a cookbook holder that helps guard your prescious books against spills and other messes.
