Question Anyone Know of Regional Cook's Tools?

Does anyone know of any regional cooks tools?

So far all I have found are Alaskan Ulu knives and Boston Bean Pots.

Are there any others out there?

The ULU Factory

The "Official" Boston Baked Bean Pots - The Pot Shop of Boston

Thanks
Holly

Chili roasters, tortilla presses, paella pans, molcajete, comal, caja china, mezzaluna etc. Probably would change from regional to cultural to describe them.

I never thought of cultural, I was so focused on Regional American.

So I am going to add steamed cheeseburger oven from CT
THE ORIGINAL STEAM CHEESEBURGER "BURG'R TEND'R

Nordicware has
Krumkake, Ebleskiver, and they used to have a lefse iron at their factory store

For those Scandinavian treats my grandmother made in Northern MN, a krumkake iron, lefse griddle, rosette irons, and sandbakler molds:

I don't know anyone who uses a Boston Bean Pot except for a hockey tournament trophy...

There's the Rumtopf for the German fermented fruit drink and a gadget for making spaetzle noodles. And the tagine for Moroccan stews.

There's also a "du hissy" for making Kaiser rolls and another thingy-majiggy for cutting potatoes for Czech potato salad, not to mention a whatchamacallit for extruding rice noodles.
