What does it do? Make 'ribbons' of carrots? If so, you could use it to slice courgettes into 'pasta'.. ditto cucumber.

Yes, it makes a ribbon of carrot that you roll up and make into rosebuds! I have just tried it and think it looks better if the rough edge is trimmed with scissors. I wanted to decorate a salad I am taking to our pot luck supper next week.
