Chopper??

I was wondering if anyone is using the KitchenAid chopper or a similar type of chopper??

I have seen this several times and am wondering if it would make my life easier in the kitchen!!

Some people may swear by them, but with mine the food never got chopped properly and I put it out in the garage for the next yard sale.

I have a chopper that I use. It is great for mincing garlic or jalapenos. I also use it for chopping nuts. For those purposes it does a great job, especially since I have little patience with doing those tasks in the kitchen. But if you asked me could I live without a chopper, I would have to say yes.

Had to Google what a KitchenAid "chopper" is. Having seen what it is, I can do most of what it does with my trusty sharp knife. Easier clean up and nothing bulky to store.

Although I usually just use my knife, my KA food chopper really comes in handy sometimes when I have more than I care to do by hand, but not enough to pull out my food processor.

I have the Zyliss version, and use it occasionally. Great for chopping onions for chili dogs.
