Then you'll appreciate how we found about 48 brand new Carlson Products perforated pans for 14-inch pizzas stamped Made for Pizza Hut at the metal recycler for the scrap metal price. Just in case I ever have to prep pizzas for 200 people. List price $152 per dozen. (Guess what my people get for Christmas this year.)

I never cook pizza on a pan unless it is a deep-dish and not many at that. I just use them for serving; some times.
 
I have yet to master pizza making so to satisfy our homemade pizza needs we cheat with Papa Murphy's take home and bake pizza.
