I've made this simple little gadget out of a table fork for dredging our fish through the flour and batter at work, no more messy fingers and find it easier to use than tongs. Hope you like it.

I was wondering about that some time ago Wayne. How exactly does it work? Would it work with chicky breasts too? I hate having all that stuck to my fingers.

Firstly, I didn't get around to cutting them off Mudbug, then I found that they were handy as a sort of stopper/shoulder thing. Notice how I bent them up. Using just a fork as is, it didn't grab the product as well and wouldn't let go very well either.

Yes BJ, use them for anything, chicken, steak etc.

The wider the table fork the better.
