Food Turner

I am looking for something is nice and good to use to turn food over when cooking some neat and smallish..

What do you guys suggest?

I prefer bamboo, but each person/cook has their own preference that they are comfortable with.

All I can suggest is go shopping and buy a small spatula/turner. Only you know what your local stores carry. And now you have an excute to shop!

Trouble is my local shops are Crap that why I am hoping to get some pointers and order online... Is stupid paying high money for one like in Global or Wusthof range?

If you have nonstick pans, don't buy a metal spatula that will scratch them. For my nonstick pan I use a silicon spatula, and for my stainless steel pots and pans I just use either tongs if its a big something like chicken breast, or a plastic spatula. A spatula is a spatula really. The only size difference I've seen in spatula's that is obvious are pancake flipping spatula's, which are huge.

I'm in the market for a spatula and this is the one I'm looking at, but I just wish (Lefty) it didn't have a right hand bias.

If I find one without the bias I'm all over it.
