I seem to be the odd woman out......I have used them and find they work just fine. Did keep my things much fresher for a longer time. Just a bit of a pain having to order them over the phone and have to listen to all their ads.

After buying generic bananas, at WalMart, in a green bag that lasted for two weeks, I tried the green bags. They do not work! If I ever remember to look for bananas at WalMart I am going to save the bag.

I did purchase a Rubbermaid bowl that is for keeping salad greens and veggies fresh that works great though. There is a rack in the bottom and the lid has tiny vent holes in it. I had celery in it that was still fresh after 6 weeks.
