your fs v3840 is a beauty. i like the platinum, the sleek design. would look good alongside my ss saucepans.
but ouch! the price tag--the retail on it is more than four times what mine cost. gulp. i am reading (skimming) through my owner's manual and hoping using the fs will be much easier than their descriptions indicate.
