Jd, this is the one I picked up many Year’s ago. It does what I needed it to do with little effort. It’s about 11&1/2” long 3&3/4” wide and a little over a 1/4 inch thick.
At the moment I don’t know what the girlfriend spilled on it, and it doesn’t want to wash off. I’ll have to work on it when I have time and think about it.
There are just some kitchen tools that come in handy when you need it. But there are many I can do with out or work around.
