Actually, there's practical truth to this thread. Even with all my pizza making equipment, including a dedicated pizza making area, I find myself and the rest of my family using phones to order pizza. Not the best tasting, but the time and convenience are major determining factors. In fact, I now find myself using the pizza oven and other related utensils mostly for something else other than for pizza.

We still order pizza even though I enjoy making it. You're right, it's a timing and convenience issue. (and sometimes I'm just lazy)

Using wood fired pizza oven sort of takes the spontaneity out of 'pizza for dinner'. I'm sure your cooking pendulum will swing back to making more pizza in that oven.

I wish I could use such tool. There is not a place to order anything kosher in this town.

Neah, I am not so good at making Pizza. Only recently did I make my first completely hand made pizza. Before that I was cheating by using frozen Rhodes pizza dough.
