Robots In The Kitchen

On tonight's news (UK) it showed a kitchen robot which has been developed in the US.
In our kitchen there wouldn't be any space left for a human!
I'd lose patience because it is SO slow.
I wonder what language it speaks and whether it can react appropriately if it burns itself?

I'd like to observe it when it is actually put into use.

Yeah, I 'd like to know the cost myself---might be cheaper to get a live in maid who would do the rest of the house as well........:)
The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.
