Silicone Baking Mats

Hello, we are company that produce silicone baking mats, so we were wondering can you tell us what is the best size of baking pastry mat for you, and what color is better for you to have. We are doing this research to satisfy our client's need, and of course your needs as a professional baker, cooker or simply home baking person.

For me the size would be approx. 15 inches by 10 inches.

The color does not matter to me.

If I was a manufacturer I would make a large size mat that could be easily cut to size by the consumer. Perhaps one side of the mat could be marked with one inch squares, in a grid pattern, to make this process easier.

I'd want it to fit a half sheet pan. Color is not important. That said, I prefer parchment paper.
