Using granite countertop as 'pastry board'

My baking is pretty much limited to Pizza crust and right or wrong, I use my granite counter top every time.

I'd be scared of dropping that marble slab on my foot Steve. I'd get rid of it myself.

I keep my marble slab on my work surface. I put some soft adhesive pads (the sort you put on the bottom of chair legs when you have polished floors) on the under side to stop it wiggling about and scratching the work surfaces.
