I don't have a picture of the tool so I hope someone will be able to tell what it is by my description.

Here goes.

Metal tongs. Slotted on one tong. Rounded rectangular "blade" at end of other tong. Blade is not sharp or looks to ever have been. Blade passes through slot on other tong but has small bent piece on very end. This stops blade from passing all the way through. There is a "chicken in a pot" logo on the "blade."

The only thing I can compare it to is an olive or cherry pitter in theory. Scissor like with a blade or other form pushing through opening in other side of scissor.

Not much else.

Hope someone can help.

material is metal - probably stainless (no rust)
length is between 4 - 6 inches
length between end of tongs is less than 1 inch
tongs fully released are almost parallel.

I don't know what you have, but if you don't have a camera phone, I know what you don't have but should :P. Get a picture of it.
