As a pastry chef this piece of overpriced metal will make my life so much better. So if anyone has any news on where to find it cheaper I'll be verry grateful.

Hi Robert.
I was wondering how you went with the egg separator pro? Was it worth the money? We make icecream and have been looking for an industrial separator for years. I've been quoted the $345 plus $400 for postage. Perhaps it's better to have one made locally. Do you have any advice for me please?
