Since I asked my cookie sheet question a few days ago, I have obtained several new pieces of bakeware. I had a set of Wilton 10 or 12" layer cake pans, which have worked well, but who can eat so much cake?
I have the Ultrex cookie sheets which don't stick but they warp in the oven.
I have obtained some Anolon non stick bakeware with the rubber grips and I got a kitchen bake and slide cookie sheet. I made bisquits on the bake and slide this morning and they slid right off.
I am planning now what I will make first on the anolon and if anyone is intrested I will write in on the results.

I can say without reservation that anolon bakeware dosen't even think about sticking, warping or anything else.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a great angel food cake pan. I knothat Analon makesone. Thanks.
