Calphalon skillets on sale
Don't know if any of you care for Calphalon but I love mine and have been needing a skillet. Cooking.com ad came today and they have the C. Everyday pan which is 10" with stainless or glass lid for $39.99 (claim reg price is $139.99). Also have skillet set with 10" skillet and 12" omelette pan for $49.99 (reg price $149.99?). Just thought someone might want to know.

If they're discounting these by $100.00 and still making some kind of a profit, can you imagine what the markup is on them?

so, i'm looking through the sale stuff, and yes, the discounts are impressive. BUT i'm quite in love with my stainless steel pots & pans, and all these things are anodized aluminum. they're saying it's all non-stick, so is this stuff teflon-lined, is there some other magical method they're working with? far more importantly, does anyone have any calphalon anodized, and how do you feel about it?
that grill pan is catching my eye...
