Smile Clad vs Bi Clad?

Hello, so I am looking at getting some cook ware.

I cannot seem to find anything comparing the two.

The difference between Clad vs Bi Clad.

here are the two I am looking at.

Heritage Rock Biclad Cookware Set, 10-pc | Canadian Tire

Henckels Elite Classic Clad Cookware Set, 10-pc | Canadian Tire

I prefer the ROCK non stick from the reviews I have read.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
