I've seen mini skillets like those at Big Lots. They were pretty cheep--4 for $10, as I recall--but I keep passing them up. I'm told no more cooking stuff...
I've got a comal that sounds a lot like the Emeril dish Michael was describing. It's essentially a round griddle with a very gentle transition from the cooking surface to the 1/2" high wall. They only run a couple bucks for imports but are useful for all sorts of tasks.
