That has GOT to be the strangest conglomeration of cooking vessels I have ever seen. It's groupings like this that encourage people to advise against buying pot & pan sets.

The set has 3 omelette pans which from my experience with Calphalon hard anodized cookware isn't a good surface for cooking eggs.

The commercial HA cookware was discontinued long ago.

The Calphalon Commercial nonstick is much better for cooking in general.
