I recently purchased a 10-pc set of the
Cook's Essential's Technique brand hard-anodized cookware (from QVC) after much, much research over the last six months. This was to replace my odds-&-ends SS cookware. I am VERY pleased with it and wanted to let anyone know who may be considering such a purchase.

We bought all new caphalon hard anodized pots a few years ago and I can't remember how I ever cooked without them!!!Jimmy still prefers his cast iron pots and pans but, I don't like cooking with anything I have to do warm up arm exercises before taking them out of the closet!!!

I once considered getting this type of cookware, but I was leaning more and more toward a SS set and bought the Emerilware 10-pc. SS Cookware Set
instead.
