Hi, I am making my first Bundt Cake and I have a Baking Stone Clay Fluted Bundt Cake pan. It's the first time I'm using it and I don't have any instructions. I'm wondering how/if I need to vary the cooking tme and temperature to make a great bundt cake. Thanks!

Humm ... the only reference I could find for a "Baking Stone Clay Fluted Bundt Cake pan" was one just recently sold on eBay. If you look on the bottom of yours does it have a manufacturer's name? That would probably be the best way to find instructions specific to your pan.

You might find this information of some use in the meantime.
