Can't think of a better teacher for kids than you, Weed. Well done, and good thinking on the three versions to show them how it's really done!

I got a little excited when you guys mentioned griswold. When my dad died he left me a few cast iron pans so I just now went to check and see if I had a griswold.Yipee! I found a #8 Griswold Tite-Top Dutch oven and a 109 Griswold round skillet griddle. The other pans just have numbers on them.By the way can some one tell me why Griswolds are special? I know nothing about good cast iron.Sorry for going off topic.
