Has anyone here had first-hand experience with this beast? I really like the cookware this company makes, and am very tempted to snap one of these up as they currently running a special on this on their UK website. My main concern is the weight. At 8.4 pounds this might be a bit heavy. Any thoughts?

I do not have the 32cm but have a number of Falk pans that I have had for 15 years or so. They are fantastic but will soon be retired when I renovate my kitchen and put induction in (What will I buy? That is for later discussions!).

I have teh 28cm low casserole and taht woudl be completely unmanageable without two small handles. I cannot imagine wielding the 32cm without always using the helper handle. I am a bloke and I find the 24cm just about the limit of one handed use.

I use copper for most of my cooking. In general, the heavier the better. The exception for me is frying pans, where I want a pan that I can toss around and flip the food to turn.
