ISO alternate uses for fish poacher

I could not resist a beautiful fish poacher at a recent yard sale. I doubt it will ever be used as designed as my hubby doesn't care for fish at all.

So..it has several pieces and a rack and a top with handles that could easily be used for serving platter. It is stainless steel and looks like never used...about 16 inches long and maybe 8 deep...

What other things would work in this? It doubt it would work on top of stove...
