Le Creuset 7.25 round oven: question about size

Can anyone tell me if you can fit a 4-5 pound whole chicken and 3-4 medium potatoes into the le creuset 7.25 ROUND oven and put the lid on? Will that be a tight fit? Also, what is the INSIDE diameter at THE BOTTOM of the 7.25 oven and its INSIDE height WITHOUT the lid? Any help before i spent my money on one of these would be greatly appreciated.
thanks, gary

It will fit - no problem. I can get a 5.5 pound chuck roast and veggies into one.

This is the most versatile size LeCrueset, in my opinion.

The inside diameter at the bottom is just under 10" and the height of the wall is about 4.5"
