I bought a new frying pan called Profi Woll Guss. I have used it 2 times and the first time I saw deep scraches under the frying pan. I did not pay that much attention to it - but the second time I used it I found that it has scratched the ceramic top on my stove.
I am wondering if some of you have their website so I can adress this issue.
I found it hard to believe that these markes has been made by me.
I have had pans from IKEA that I have used for a long time with out this issue.
Is the metal that they use so fragile that it has to be handle with Greather care then cheap one from IKEA???????
