Made that two nights ago with grilled shrimp on top--after the PC did its good work. Can't be beat.

I've had a pressure cooker for years. It's great for cooking tough cuts of meat and also works very well for cooking beans....really shortens the cooking time. I've never had any goop in the bottom of the pot so I don't know what that would be....
