Some Calphalon questions

1) How do you get stains out of the anodized aluminum outer surface?

2) Has anyone used the Calphalon One? What did you think?

first... alway wash and dry your pan as soon as your done with it. I don't even eat first. Use Calphalon Dormaond soap on the outside and scrub really hard. Good luck!
